Notice all the rules benefit the girl and not the guy?

The rules should have been:

1- Girl always puts out when the guys wants
2- Girl always pays for everything
3- Girl is relaxed and doesnt make a fuss when the guy wants to do his own thing
4- Girl is secure and doesnt chuck a fit when he looks at other girls
5- She goes to the gym when she’s not with him so she keeps in shape
6- She cooks and cleans for him
7- Girl puts guy’s interests first.
